Organic Pear Sauce

Some flavour experiences in life are just extraordinary enough to redefine your expectations of delicious. Our organic pear sauce is a velvety, aromatic expression of perfectly ripened Canadian pears. A sumptuous blend of Bosc and Bartlett pears hand selected for each batch.

We’ve reversed conventional methods , gently steaming our pears first and removing the skin and stems afterwards. This allows the fruit to release its essential oils and flavours fully into the sauce, giving it that delicate essence that makes pears so very special.
