A great alternative to Cream cheese. Think sweet (fruity) and tangy, or sweet heat (pair with a Spicy Jelly). Create your own savoury spread by adding your favourite herbs and spices. Also great as a base on White Pizza or flatbread, or mix with sharp cheese to make your own cheeseball!
