Made from crabapple juice, grown and pressed in the Grafton area. The high malic acid content of the apples along with acetic acid make for a wonderful, bright burst of flavour.

If you love malt vinegar, you have to try this! So dark you can barely see through it! This vinegar gets its extra robust flavour from an array of roasted barley malt. The grain bill includes domestic Two row malt, and imported Brown, Chocolate, Vienna, Munich and Black specialty malts.

This intensely flavourful, full-bodied vinegar is made with Marquette grapes from Prince Edward County. Marquette is a relatively new hybrid, introduced in 2006 by the University of Minnesota.
