Blissful Mint Herbal Tisane - 30g | 25-30 cups of tea 

This soothing aroma tea helps support good digestion and general tummy health. Mints also aid in calming the nervous system. This brew has a full-body mint flavour with a velvety taste. The sweet, aromatic mint flavours are a reminder of a summer breeze. Ingredients: Organic peppermint, organic English Mint, organic spearmint, organic mountain mint, organic marshmallow leaf and flower, organic alfalfa leaf and flower, and organic plantain leaf. Brewing time: 10 to 13 mins. Blissful Mint is a gentle blend and is very useful in calming an upset belly or an unsettled mind. 

Cold & Flu Relief Herbal Tisane

Helps relieve colds and flu. This blend is an excellent herbal tisane (tea) and can also be used as an herbal bath or foot bath. One reusable muslin bag is included! Ingredients: Organic boneset, organic peppermint, organic catnip, organic yarrow, organic mountain mint. Brewing Instructions: Boil water and let rest for a few minutes. Add one teaspoon of herbal tea; steep for 10-13 minutes. Drink 4-5 times a day or to your liking if feeling a cold or flu symptoms. Sip slowly, taking time to rest and rejuvenate. Directions for Bath Soak: Fill the muslin bag 3/4 full of herbs. Hang from the faucet and allow hot water to run through the bag to create your herbal bath. Then, immerse the tied bag into the water to infuse. Squeeze the bag to release the floral essence. Relax and unwind in your herbal soak for 20 to 30 minutes. Add Epsom or Himalayan salts to your bath if desired! The herbal bag may be used as a compress on your temples, neck or other pulse points. It can also be used as a "herbal washcloth." When finished, empty the herbs from your bag, rinse with warm water, and hang to dry. Directions for Foot Soak: Add enough hot water to your foot tub to cover your feet. Immerse your herbal bag into the water to infuse. You may add a handful of Epsom or Himalayan salts if desired. Test the water for your comfort level before sinking your feet into your foot tub. Squeezing your herbal bag a few times will make a stronger foot bath. Placing a towel over the basin will help retain water temperature. Soak your feet for 15 - 20 minutes. When finished, empty the herbs from your bag, rinse with warm water, and hang to dry. Enjoy:) 

Dried Organic Oregano - 15g

Tastes: Oregano has pungent tiny leaves and is regarded as a strong herb. When dried, the herb is considered to be even more pungent. Our oregano is a high-quality, warm, aromatic, slightly bitter herb that can numb your tongue when tasting, which is a sign of good character. Uses: Oregano is widely used in Italian and Greek cooking, such as soups, sauces, stews, and meat and vegetarian cuisine. 

Dried Organic Sage - 15g

Tastes: Pungent, aromatic, astringent. Uses: Sage was used to enhance digestion and ingesting fats and oils. Sage is excellent for flavouring all meats, including wild, domestic, and vegetarian dishes—a flavourful herb used in stuffing. 

Dried Organic Thyme - 15g

Tastes: Pungent, bitter, aromatic, astringent Uses: The fragrance and flavour of thyme leaves have long been a favourite of cooks for seasoning meats, soups, and stews. Thyme is especially common in Mediterranean and French cuisine. 

Elemental Support Herbal Tisane - 100 g | 95-100 cups of tea

This is a very rooty, earthy-tasting tea with a slight bitterness and a soft mint end. Combining roots and herbs makes this tea unique in helping one support the body while eliminating toxins. We have dried and finely ground the roots to help in the brewing infusion. Ingredients: Organic dandelion root and leaf, organic burdock root, organic yellow dock root, organic nettle, organic horsetail, organic spearmint, organic yarrow. Brewing time: One teaspoon to a cup of boiling water. Let infuse for 13 to 20 minutes. Alternatively, add three teaspoons to six cups of water to a pot and simmer on the stove until very hot and dark in colour. Do not boil. Drink 3 to 4 cups a day. Elemental Cleanse is a gentle and helpful cleansing tea with traditional roots and herbs that aid in renewing one's body. 

Herbal Culinary Blend - 15g

Our Herbal Culinary Blend is a blend of mints we grow on our farm. This blend has a unique characteristic taste that adds the perfect fragrance to your cuisine. Ingredients: organic Anise hyssop, organic sweet basil, organic sweet marjoram, organic sweet rosemary, organic sweet Thyme. Lovely on roasted vegetables, pasta, pizza and more.

The colour of this herbal tisane, when steeped, is a golden yellow from the sun plant, the Calendula flower, "golden drops of sunshine". Named after the butterfly pea flower. This mystic herbal blend can become a vibrant blue to purple to emerald green when added to water. This blend embodies sacred femininity for all and is lovely for nourishing our chakra. It has a very gentle, light flavour. Norfolk  Herbal Tisane - 40 g | 35-40 cups of tea  

This tea has a distinct black tea flavour without caffeine, which is from the red raspberry leaf. The berries give it a gentle, fruity citrus flavour with a light lemon zest. These flavours make it a great hot tea, and it is excellently steeped over ice for those hot summer days. This tea is excellent for children, the elderly and expecting mothers. Plantain First Aid Salve - 30ml

Plantain is a favourable herb called the “booboo” salve for many families. It is a very effective herb to ease the discomfort of itches or pain associated with the skin. It stops the itch of a mosquito bite and removes the sting and pain from spiders, insects and bees. It also works well in getting splinters and glass shards out of the skin. It doubles as a taper stretching balm that can aid in keeping out infection. It can also help with soothing the pain of cracked, dry heels. Ingredients: Organic olive oil infused with organic plantain leaves, beeswax, and essential pine oil. Directions: Apply as needed to the affected area. Plantain Salve reduces inflammation, draws out infection and soothes tissue that is itchy, prickly or burning pain. Never rub into open wounds.

This special blend was made in honour of our Winter Solstice. The Winter Solstice is rooted in ancient times, which honours the rebirth of sunlight after the darkness period. Thermal Aches and Pain Salve is made to help relieve pain from sore muscles, sprains and strains, arthritis and bruising. Ingredients: Organic olive oil infused with organic arnica, organic cayenne, organic wild-crafted lobelia, organic wild-crafted St. Johns wort, organic comfrey leaf and beeswax. Directions: Rub deeply into muscle tissue, and you can use a hot water bottle to help enhance the thermal heat. Apply as needed. Winter Savory Blend - 15g

Tastes: Winter Savory has a strong aromatic flavour; this aromatic savoury retains a specific pungent, spicy, peppery flavour when used in cooking. Uses: It is a culinary herb substitute for black pepper and is excellent for those who can't have black pepper. Its sharp, spicy flavour is good to season, and it dresses turkey, meats, fish, and vegetarian dishes that need a taste of peppery aromatic zest. Winter savoury, also known in Germany as the "bean herb", is used with vegetables and many types of beans. It is said to cut down on stomach gas caused by beans.
