Piccolo Pasta - Spinach Rigatoni

Our pastas are made fresh and incorporate different vegetables that we have in season. This includes, but isn't limited to green (spinach) infused pasta or red (tomato) infused pasta. Other infusions include basil-garlic, fennel and rapini. Our pastas are made using Italian semolina flour and then extruded using bronze dies.

One of our farm grown, small-batch, tomato sauces that features many of the crops we grow. From the tomatoes to the basil, the garlic and the chili peppers, our sauces are very fresh and a very local. Made using San Marzano tomatoes, Genovese basil and Sicilian garlic, it's like a taste of Italy grown and made in Guelph, Ontario.
