We are a one acre market garden located just outside of Elora. We farm organically, using regenerative, no-till growing methods. We grow a wide variety of vegetables but specialize in salad greens.

Our organically grown salad mix is a colourful blend of different lettuces. This salad mix stands up well to dressings and has a lovely mild taste. It is a perfect base for any salad. We harvest the same day your order is picked up to ensure peak freshness. This mix easily lasts for up to two weeks in the fridge.
