75 grams - harvested fresh from our organic farm and stored in clamshell. These premium microgreens are full of flavour and are rich in vitamins A, B, C and E as well as calcium, iron, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium and essential amino acids. They contain up to 25% protein and are great in salads, sandwiches, pizza and soups.

Basil Microgreens

Basil microgreens are surprisingly full of nutrients. They contain protein, vitamins E, A, K, B6, and C; as well as calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium, copper, phosphorous, and even potassium. That adds up to a lot of benefits: Anti-Inflammatory & anti-bacterial. (50g)

Broccoli Microgreens

Broccoli microgreens have very high amounts of vitamin C and large quantities of magnesium, manganese, copper, and zinc. Also contain cancer fighting compound sulforaphane. Easily digested and great for salads, omelettes, sandwiches and smoothies. (100g)
