Refund Policy

30-Day Quality Guarantee

At Indie Food, we stand behind the quality of our food. If you’re unhappy with the quality of your purchase for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Because our products are food and therefore perishable, we do not require items to be returned. Instead, we’ll work with you to make things right.

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@indiefood.ca with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and (if possible) a photo. This helps us understand what went wrong and improve.


Damages, Quality Issues, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your food arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and offer a refund or replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of food, all products are non-returnable. This policy exists to ensure food safety for all customers. However, this does not affect your right to a refund under our 30-day quality guarantee.

Gift cards are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for food products. If there is an issue with your order, we’ll issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.


Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
