Freeze dried three year aged parmesan available plain or mixed with garlic, oregano, or rosemary. Herbs and garlic are grown in nutrient dense soil at River's Edge and are freeze dried to preserve freshness. Enjoy on top of popcorn, pasta, salad, eggs, or anything you want to easily add flavour. No refrigeration required.

As with all cheeses from River's Edge Goat Dairy, milk is from our pastured raised goats.
