Scented with Ontario Wildflower Honey, this robust loaf is loaded with 11 seeds and grains, including quinoa, kasha, flax, and millet. It makes the ultimate grilled peanut butter and banana sandwiches.

Unbleached wheat flour, filtered water, organic wheat sourdough starter (filtered water, organic wheat flour, organic sourdough culture), Ontario honey, Ontario rye and wheat berries, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, quinoa, pumpkin seeds, oats, millet, kasha, Ontario barley, sea salt, Ontario organic rye flour, Ontario organic buckwheat flour.

Keep frozen for up to 4 months

*Bakeoff is directly from freezer onto rack of oven

**Preheat oven to 450F, place FROZEN loaf directly onto oven rack, bake 12-15 mons. cool on rack 20 mins.
