Ingredients: Black beans • Sunflower seeds • Water • Vinegar • Rhizopus oligosporus cultureInstructions: KEEP FROZEN. Thaw in the fridge. Consume within 3 days of thawing. Do not eat uncooked. Cook to a temperature of 74°C.
