City Sourdough Batard

Our very first sourdough! Ontario grown Heritage Red Fife Whole Wheat and Ontario Rye flours enhance this dark crusted, chewy hearth loaf. Grill thick slices with olive oil and top with ripe tomatoes and sea salt.

Unbleached wheat flour, filtered water, organic wheat sourdough starter (filtered water, organic wheat flour, organic sourdough culture), Ontario organic Red Fife whole wheat flour, Ontario organic rye flour, sea salt

Contains: Wheat gluten

May contain: tree nuts, sesame seeds, dairy, eggs

Keep frozen

To serve: Preheat Oven to 450F, place FROZEN loaf directly onto rack of oven, Bake 12-15 mins, Cool down on rack 20 mins.

*Bake off is done directly from freezer onto rack of oven

**Please note that 450F is an approximate bakeoff temperature. You may require more or less time dependent on your oven.
