Black currant is dark, concentrated, aromatic and pleasantly tart - much more intense than blueberry, with a flavour that lingers. Made in small batches with black currants grown at Plaid Shirt Farms in Southwestern Ontario.

Made with 57.3% fruit so black currant's bold flavour stays front and centre.

Try it on toast, pancakes and pastries, or pair it with aged cheese, dark chocolate or vanilla desserts.
