Soft peach. Bold haskap. One very good jar.

Ripe peach brings mellow sweetness while haskap adds colour, tang and a deeper berry note. The result is smooth, layered and not one-dimensional. Made in small batches in Ontario with haskap from Plaid Shirt Farms.

Made with 56.3% fruit, keeping the flavour bright and fruit-led.

Wonderful on warm biscuits, toast and scones, or use it as a glaze for baking and brunch dishes.
