Tangy rhubarb is lifted by ginger's gentle warmth, creating a spread that's fresh, aromatic and a little more grown-up than plain rhubarb jam. Made in small batches in Ontario with rhubarb from Plaid Shirt Farms.

Made with 50.4% fruit, with rhubarb first and ginger adding a warm finish.

Use it on toast, with scones, stirred into yogurt, or alongside sharp cheddar and baked Brie.
