Bright, tangy and unmistakably rhubarb.

This jam keeps rhubarb's naturally lively, tart character at the centre, balanced with enough sweetness to make it smooth and spreadable. Made in small batches in Ontario using rhubarb from Plaid Shirt Farms when in season.

Made with 54.9% fruit for plenty of real rhubarb tang.

Try it on toast, biscuits and scones, or use it in pastries, yogurt and simple desserts.
