Phillipstone Road

Our very own version of Manchego. This is a classic sheeps milk cheese. Aged for 10 to 12 months to create a nice firm dryer cheese. The cheese has a distinctive flavour, well developed but not too strong, creamy with a slight piquancy, and leaves an aftertaste that is characteristic of sheep's milk.

Pieces range from 170g to 200 grams.
