They taste like peas and are great tossed in salads, in sandwiches, or cooked by themselves or with other greens in stir-fries. They contain chlorophyll, protein, enzymes and minerals. Pea microgreens are effective for cancer prevention, are high in antioxidants, great for anti-inflammatory, help keep blood sugar levels low as well as provide cardiovascular benefits and are a great addition to an effective weight-loss program.
